Once we process your return, we will issue a full refund minus 50$ restocking fee. Unfortunately, returns from locations outside the U.S. are not accepted. All our wool rugs are made of premium New Zealand wool, which sheds minimally. To protect wool fibers from dust and dirt, vacuum regularly. Blot spills immediately with a white cloth.
