Each of our handcrafted rugs is made-to-order, thoughtfully designed just for you, and shipped within 2 to 6 weeks. We take pride in ensuring top-quality craftsmanship, so your rug arrives in perfect condition.

Enjoy complimentary global shipping, and for our U.S. customers, we also offer free return shipping within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is in new, sellable condition to qualify for a return.

Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days, and once completed, a full refund will be issued, minus a $50 restocking fee. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from locations outside the U.S.
